Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the plastic seal around the box. To avoid the 50% restocking fee, items must be returned to us within three days from the delivery date. Items must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. High-end and collector items such as Creed, Bond #9, and others are non-refundable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Tester Perfumes are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
• Book with obvious signs of use.
• CD, DVD, or software.
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damages
DonnatellaPerfumes.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or not as described by our website and have opened the plastic seal, you must follow the following procedure to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 1: Take photos of ALL sides of the product, product packaging, and shipping box(es) inside and out, and save all packaging materials and damaged materials. 2: Send all the photos to DonnatellaPerfumes.com via email at web@donnatellaperfumes.com or via text to (954) 866-5944. 3: Wait for instructions from a DonnatellaPerfumes.com representative. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK to Donnatella Perfumes without written instructions from a Donnatella Perfumes representative. This procedure aims to be claim-eligible with the guidelines set by shipping companies and insurance policies. Refusal or inability to follow this procedure can void claim and/or refund eligibility. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Restocking Fees (if applicable)
All returns may be subject to a restocking fee/handling charge of %15 of the purchase price. It must be in its original, sealed packaging.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at web@donnatellaperfumes.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Sales Tax Exemption and Refunds
A customer can be exempt from sales tax if: 1. A Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax (DR-13) for the current year is submitted before the sale. 2. A Florida Certificate of Forwarding Agent Address (DR-14 FAA) from the freight forwarding company is submitted before the sale. 3. A valid Bill of Ladin or warehouse receipt from the freight forwarding company is submitted with the name of Donnatella Perfumes, the customer, and the correct order number or product description. The receipt must be submitted within the same month and year that the order was placed. All sales tax-exempt sales that use a payment method that requires an authorization fee will be charged 3.5% to cover the payment authorization fees and handling
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at web@donnatellaperfumes.com and send it to 2273 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142.
Gifts
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your unopened product, you should mail your product to 2273 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142. If Donnatella has no involvement in the negligence of the delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
