Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within three business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, natural calamity or disaster, poor weather conditions, civil unrest, or suspension of service rendered by third-party carriers, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates are based on the provided time estimates submitted by either the third-party carrier service chosen by the customer. Time estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically described by the chosen rate for the specific zone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
DonnatellaPerfumes.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours unless the third-party carrier is experiencing difficulties.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DonnatellaPerfumes.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
DonnatellaPerfumes.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or not as described by our website and have opened the plastic seal, you must follow the following procedure to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 1: Take photos of ALL sides of the product, product packaging, and shipping box(es) inside and out, and save all packaging materials and damaged materials. 2: Send all the photos to DonnatellaPerfumes.com via email at web@donnatellaperfumes.com or via text to (954) 866-5944. 3: Wait for instructions from a DonnatellaPerfumes.com representative. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK to Donnatella Perfumes without written instructions from a Donnatella Perfumes representative. This procedure aims to be claim-eligible with the guidelines set by shipping companies and insurance policies. Refusal or inability to follow this procedure can void claim and/or refund eligibility. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
Missing Packages
In the event that a package is missing due to the negligence of Donnatella Perfumes, the order will be refunded immediately once the error has been found. In the event that a package is missing due to the negligence of a third-party carrier or theft, please contact web@donnatellaperfumes.com or call (954) 866-5944 Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST for customer service. Missing mail searches and claims with third-party carriers (ie: UPS or USPS) can take up to but are not limited to 90 days to complete.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery is currently available for orders with shipping addresses within specific zip codes within a 15-mile radius of 2273 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142. Local deliveries will be made within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and without guarantees. Local Delivery availability and rates are subject to change without notice.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is currently available at the 2273 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142 location. Expected pick-up time is usually ready in 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, without guarantees. Local pickup orders are only ready for pickup once an email notification has been sent to the customer that the order is ready for pickup. Local Pickup availability is subject to change without notice.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping is currently limited. It is recommended to use an international shipping or freight forwarding company that specializes in the desired country or territory where it is being shipped.
